Responsibilities include:

Managing the buying and selling of ready properties in Dubai’s secondary market | researching and identifying properties | conducting property viewings | negotiating deals | managing contracts | closing transactions


Possess a strong understanding of the local real estate market, property values, trends, laws and regulations in Dubai
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Sales experience, strong work ethic and a desire to succeed in the real estate market
A real estate license from the Dubai Land Department
