Photographer/ Videographer

Key Responsibilities:

As a Photographer/Videographer, you will be responsible for creating and managing high-quality visual content for the company. Your role will involve conceptualising, planning, scheduling, capturing, and editing visual materials across property, events, corporate, internal requirements of the business.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects while maintaining a strong artistic vision in line with the global brand guidelines.

  • Capture compelling photographs and videos of properties for various purposes, such as marketing campaigns, social media, events and website.
  • Operate and maintain professional-grade cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and other necessary tools.
  • Apply advanced techniques in composition, lighting, framing, and visual storytelling to create visually stunning content for marketing purposes.
  • Ensure high-quality images and videos by utilising appropriate settings, editing, retouching, and colour grading techniques.
  • Resourceful in pulling together videos for marketing purposes with available assets and finding creative ways to work with limited material
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives and deliverables.
  • Plan and organise photoshoots, video shoots, and other related logistics.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop shot lists, storyboards, and production schedules to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
  • Post-production editing and retouching to generate deliverables of the highest quality.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree in photography/videography/fine arts, related field or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in professional photography and videography ideally in the real estate industry, including a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and creative vision.
  • Proficient in using industry-standard photography and videography equipment, software, and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, etc).
  • In-depth knowledge of advanced photography and videography techniques, including lighting, composition, color theory and storytelling.
  • Strong conceptualisation and creative thinking abilities, with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling content.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to work in different environments and adapt to changing project requirements.
