The appointment of Raja Alameddine as Chief Executive Officer in the MENA region, effective immediately, was announced today. Colliers partnered with Eltizam Group<\/a>, the region\u2019s largest physical asset management company early in 2022 and now strategically sits under the iREC Holdings<\/a> division, part of the Eltizam Group.<\/p>\n

Alameddine\u00a0joins Colliers with over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry and is an expert in various asset classes, including master-planned cities and large-scale mixed-use communities. With a background in real estate development and investment banking,\u00a0Alameddine\u2019s\u00a0expertise will be instrumental in accelerating the growth in the region and taking the business to new frontiers.<\/p>\n
